I (Allocated Worker) just thought I would let you know that I have spoken to J.P to see how she was getting on with her cares. J.P said that they are great and that they are lovely ladies, and they are a lot of help to her. I think it is always important to share good feedback to the external professionals that we work with because I feel it is not always shared enough.

" Thank for coming to J’s funeral service last week. It was good to see the church quite full of people, all of whom J. must have touched in some way. There were about 160 people at the service that l know of. It was obviously very emotional, especially the last hymn, J’s favourite, which l just couldn’t sing!! Thanks for your good wishes in this week’s invoice email, I Iike the way in which you express them. I am doing very well thanks, trying to take it a bit easy as the GP advised. R. rang me this morning to check how l was so l was able to thank her then, but l want to put on record J. and my appreciation for how our carers have behaved these last days. L. too charge, called the ambulance, and after the paramedics had been insisted on staying until our daughter arrived. All the others, always king and helpful, have been doubly so. Every one deserves a gold star, L. two A brilliant organization and a pleasure o work with you. Thank you "
